Zoya the Cat needs a home
Zoya is available for adoption at our Petco Cat Habitat in Independence! Our partnership with the Petco Foundation allows KCPP adoptables to live inside the store until they find forever home. KCPP cats inside the habitats receive the same vetting and adoption benefits as cats adopted from our shelter. If you're interested in meeting Zoya, a Petco associate will assist you inside the store!
Sweet Zoya is one special lady that loves attention and is so curious about everything in her surroundings.
Zoya was found as a stray, and we are so thankful to the good samaritan that brought her to KC Pet Project to receive care. Zoya had such itchy skin from fleas that she had practically eaten off all the fur on the base of her tail! She's on the mend now though, and not only is her coat looking better and better with every passing day, but she also FEELS better!
We aren't sure how Zoya went without care, because she is so sweet! If she is next to you, she wants to be snuggled by you (check out her video!). She loves head scratches, and will lean so hard in to neck scratches that she'll practically fall over! She can also be very vocal, and likes to chit chat with you (and herself) while she walks around the room.
Zoya is also a show-stopper; look how beautiful she is! Her colorings are fantastic, and as she continues to feel better, she also continues to be more of a stunner every day!
