Kiani is a fun, playful dog who loves a good game of fetch and toys of all kinds, especially the ones that make noise. She's a friendly yet confident girl who likes everyone she meets but isn't overly needy and is happy doing her own thing when left alone. Kiani is around 2-years-old and about 55 pounds. She doesn't do cats or small dogs but a home with another big dog may be a possibility.

Adoption fees range between $50 and $150, depending on the age and size of the dog. Spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, flea treatment, dewormer, and microchip are all included.


Prospective adopters must agree to a home visit, have secure fencing and allow their dog to sleep inside at night. Those coming from out of town may submit a vet reference in place of a home visit. All renters need landlord approval.


If you already have a dog or two, they must be spayed/neutered and brought to the shelter for a meet and greet. Homes that already have more than two dogs, or any unaltered dogs, will not be considered. 


Exceptions to these rules may be made in special circumstances.
