My name is SKYE (DOB ~06/18/2017), a black marble tabby and white domestic shorthair, and I’m originally from the state of Florida! I was turned into Jacksonville Animal Care and Protective Services when I was only 2 months old. When news that Hurricane Irma would hit Florida, Jacksonville ACPS reached out to Best Friends Animal Society, and on 09/08/17, I made my way to Atlanta (along with many others) so that Jacksonville ACPS would have some room for the cats that would eventually be displaced by Hurricane Irma. Best Friends then reached out to Fancy Feline Rescue, and on 09/10/17, and they took me into their care. I am a somewhat shy but friendly kitty who will purr when you hold me, and I am still full of those fun kitten antics. Typical kitten that I am, I’m curious, fun-loving, and would love to learn to trust my new owner. I promise I’ll provide you with years of love, laughter, loyalty and companionship if you’ll give me the chance. I am spayed, up-to-date with vaccines, negative for Feline FIV/FeLV, dewormed, have received flea preventative, am microchipped, and will be eligible to receive a 30-day free trial of pet health insurance. My adoption fee is $125.00.
