Who acts like a cat, is the size of a cat, but isn’t a cat? ME, Soda Pop!! I am a 12lb, 3 year old Chihuahua mix who is on the search for a cat lover (that really wants a dog!)!! I was rescued from the Animal Rescue Corps bust, Dire Straights, and brought into the Agape program. Even though I had a pretty hard start in life with no people to love me, not much food, and four little puppies to look after, my luck has changed since I was rescued. My puppies have all been adopted to their forever homes and now I am ready to find my pur-fect family!
This new life in my foster home has been wonderful! I have learned to play with stuffed toys and I really enjoy all of the yummy treats!! I am house trained and use the doggie door on my own. My favorite things are running around the fenced yard and dinner time…I get so excited!!
I need a forever home that will let me be my aloof, catlike, self. I like being in the room with people, but I am still learning that getting petted and cuddled is a good thing. My new family will have to be patient with me as I learn. Since I am a shy girl I do need a home without children and although I might act like a cat, I don’t like cats. I would love having a doggie friend and I need a fenced yard.
