Children in the home must be at least 6 years old.

Previous dog experience is required, preferably large breed.

Chaco is a very happy Pyr mix pup who is eager to please! We think he may be part goldendoodle and definitely has the best traits of both breeds. He has already learned sit, down, stay, and come, in a very short amount of time. Chaco has a very cute smile that he does when he's excited. It might look he's bearing his teeth but that's just him telling you he's happy to see you! He loves chewing on his toys and tearing apart tennis balls :) He loves his foster's cat...he loves sniffing him and letting the cat rub against him. Chaco is great with the tween and teen kids at his foster home, in addition to any strangers who enter the house. No shyness whatsoever! He is very good on a leash and loves going for walks. He can get a little spooked if he sees something out of the ordinary but he has gotten more confident about overcoming his fears and checking things out. Chaco will make a family very happy!
