Swiper was abandoned on the shelter patio. He is ready to leave his old life behind and to start a new. He has been enjoying his habitat room, particularly the cat clouds. This means he would probably enjoy having tall cat trees and cat shelves at his new home. He becomes delighted when you visit him and will quickly traverse down the cat clouds to visit with you.
