Allie the Dog needs a home
Allie is a sweet pointer mix who was found mid-December with a litter of puppies in the middle of a field, living in nothing but a pile of tires. Her puppies were caught immediately, but since Alice herself had been failed by her previous owners, she was too nervous to trust us right off the bat. With the help of The Street Dog Project, Alice was captured late January 2018 and taken into a foster home. Just within the first 24 hours, she warmed up tremendously and realized what it meant to be loved. She is certainly enjoying life inside with attention!
Her favorite activities are play-fighting with her bed and toys, being brushed and napping by your side.
Allie has a very calm personality and does not require an active home. She would be most content as a companion to relax by the couch with with a few toys, as she is not high energy but does enjoy playing with toys.
She is estimated to be about 6 years of age, and she weighs in at about 40 pounds.
Her adoption fee is $125 and she is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and current on heartworm prevention. She is heartworm positive and will be treated very soon.
