Brutus the Dog needs a home

Sweet ol' Brutus has had a rough road, and he needs a special type of person that can empathize with his story. He was found several years ago running the streets, just looking for someone to help him. Haggard and scared, this gentle dog needed a helping hand. Not long after rescue, we discovered Brutus had cancer, and needed to undergo chemotherapy. After completing all his treatments, Brutus is cancer free! He is much happier and healthier, but has maintained his low-key personality. Brutus is a full grown adult and is more than 5 years old, but determining an exact age is tough given all the physical trials that he has been through. He would love a life where he could live quietly with someone who will give him a warm bed, a sunny fenced yard and tons of love. He has endured so much, but is just waiting to reciprocate love with a new friend. A fine old man like Brutus deserves to live his life in comfort, and we expect he will have at least 5 to 7 good years ahead of him! And if you cant adopt Brutus, please consider coming to the ARF Farm to walk him. After such a rough life, he deserves the warmth of friendship
