My name is Shorty. I am a young male chocolate Chihuahua.  I am the brother of Pepe who helps me learn about humans and how they can be good. I am shy at first but will warm up to you if you speak softly to me and let me know what is going on when you pick me up. Once I trust you, I will pay you back with extra kisses. I love to play in the yard and will run back to you between playing to give you kisses and receive attention. Being in the yard on breaks with you is a fun time. I can walk nice on a leash. I may need to wear a belly band when roaming in the house or have a pad where I sleep. I previously  wasn't treated nice so may have a small amount of nervous pee when picked up though this is a slight inconvenience, it is well worth my love for you. This is only in the morning when I wake up.
