Damia the Cat needs a home
Damia came to stay with MMCR from the Calhoun County Animal Control program. She is such a beautiful calico girl with intense green eyes! Damia has a mind of her own and she lets you know it. She tolerates being picked up but would really rather come set on your lap when it is HER idea! She likes dogs and other cats. She has been known to love nip when she wants to get your attention, but it is never mean. She just wants to be in charge of the world and she lets you know it! Damia will sleep on the bed right next to you. Her name in Greek means “a goddess of nature” and she certainly thinks she is a goddess! We think she is pretty special, too. Damia is a calico Domestic Shorthair. She was born 17 July 2012.
All cats and kittens have tested negative for FIV/FELv. They are up to date on shots, spayed or neutered and treated for internal and external parasites. Most are good with dogs, other cats and children.
