Adopt a Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat)
Layla 1278 the Dog needs a home
If looking to adopt a puppy from Patty's litter, we ask you go to www.foster2home.org ONLY. Volume of interest is high, so no "offsite" inquiries will be answered. Applications from our Foster 2 Home.org web site are accepted only.
Read rules to adopt and fill out application completely. Preference will be given to those with prior puppy knowledge and experience.
No balconies, electric fencing or collars, are allowed with our rescue.
Must have the schedule to properly train a young puppy.
We are not able to send "regret" letters. We are all volunteers and spend our time with the applications favorable to the particular dog.
Puppies will NOT be shown at our local PetSmart. We are on a break from showing until March.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I am a gorgeous Lab mix with beautiful black fur. I get along well with men, women, children, and other dogs. I've never come nose-to-nose with a cat yet! I react to new people and new situations just fine. Shyness is not in my vocabulary, but friendly certainly is. Hard toys are ok, but give me a soft toy, and I can shred it to pieces!! You should see the fluffy insides fly! Car rides, leash walks, and c
uddles are some of my favorite things. Dog beds and big beds are much preferred over crates. I have a healthy appetite AND I am potty-trained!! I seldom bark, and I have "sit" conquered so far. Let's just say I am a lover, preferring to be an only dog, just because I want all of the attention. I am an active dog and would love having a family member who likes to run. I would be a great dog for a family who wants to give me lots of love and attention. I would love to find my family before the holidays. Interested?
