Meet Nena!
Nena was rescued in Mexico by one of our contacts in Baja, who reached out to ARWOB for help in finding her a forever home. Neva had been living in a home with other dogs and cats, and she is excellent around children! She just loves everyone and would make a wonderful addition to any family. In fact, we are certain that she will bring sunshine into your life.
This is what Nena’s foster mom has to say about her: “Nena is not your typically Chihuahua! She loves to smile for pictures, LOVES to eat, and has so much fun playing around. The best way to describe her is full of character, playful, and loving. She would be the perfect companion in a working household or someone who is home often. If you go to work, she has no problem roaming the yard and laying in the grass. Or if you are home, she loves to lie on your lap and play around. When she is feeling playful, she runs very quickly in circles, twists, and turns all over the yard. She loves to play tug-o-war with her toys. Nena is house trained and also does well with other dogs. She is very sweet and very loving and warmed up to our home in just a few hours. She likes to snuggle and loves to be pet while lying in your lap. She has been a pleasure to foster but she deserves to find the perfect forever home.”
