I AM CURRENTLY NOT FOR ADOPTION! I AM WORKING ON MY SOCIAL SKILLS AND DECREASING SOME OF MY ENVIRONMENTAL FEARS.


Guided by the principle that every life is precious, S.A.F.E. Animal Haven is dedicated to finding loving and responsible ‘forever’ homes for all the pets in our care.  This includes getting the medical care and treatment for many pets who are sick or injured. Our “Special Needs And Senior ” Pets suffer from an array of acute or chronic health conditions.  The Guardian Angel Fund for our “Special Needs And Senior” pets is supported by donations from the community. Please consider making a donation and help save a life today! Anything you are able to give will go far in improving the lives of the dogs in our area.


Dogs with special needs often require additional medicine or rehabilitation time. Your gift to our Guardian Angel Fund will help these special pets regain their health so they can have the quality of life that they deserve and/or then be adopted into their ‘forever’ homes!

 


Hi, my name is Magic and I am approximately one and half years old. I am a terrier mix who had a rough start in life! I came to S.A.F.E. with a skin condition but that cleared up with good food. I am adjusting to being a part of a family due to my previous life where I did not receive a lot of attention. I love people and other dogs but I am very skittish at this time. I am making baby steps to enjoying my new life and my new surroundings. I am very playful with the other dogs in the home and I will seek attention from my foster family but little things still startle and scare me. S.A.F.E.has placed me in their Guardian Angel Program until I am ready for a forever family. The Guardian Angel Program supports dogs like me who are not quite ready for a forever home but we are working on our issues. You can sponsor me by sending donations to S.A.F.E.
