River the Dog needs a home
River is a lovable, vibrant, full of life pooch! This sweet girl has the most beautiful eyes and is so easy to please! She can't wait to meet her forever family and show them just how special she is! River is house-trained and does very well left alone - she mostly just enjoys napping the day away. River has some neurological issues that have left her with some disabilities, although she never lets it get the best of her. She is so courageous and a true inspiration for smiling through it all! She has the most endearing wobbly walk that her current foster thinks could make her the next internet sensation! Although she's a very special girl, she doesn't really require any extra attention, enjoys going for walks and is very easy to care for. This loving lady does very well with other dogs and even does wonderfully with cats and likes spending time with them. She's always adorably intrigued with squeaky toys! River acclimates very easily to her environment and really just is content to be with her people. This affectionate girl is an absolute cuddle bug and adores belly rubs and a cozy, fluffy dog bed! River is so excited to find her forever home and to start giving them all of her love! She is looking for a home that will treat her normally and help her feel safe and adored. She would do very well with other animals in the house as long as they're gentle with her. Mostly, River just wants to be a part of a family!
