Adopt a American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed (short coat)
Chance the Dog needs a home
Hi--my name is Chance, and my wonderful foster mom rescued me from the streets. I've been with her for six weeks now. During that time, I've been neutered, gotten up to date on all my shots, and then I had to have one of my eyes removed. That's not going to slow me down at all! You can see in my photos how my eye looked before surgery, and how I look now as I'm healing. When the scars have faded, I'll be a handsome boy who looks like I'm giving you a permanent wink!
I'm a one year old Stafford Terrier mix. I weigh about 59 pounds--a big bundle of love! I get along with other dogs. I also love people, including older kids. In my foster home, there are two large dogs and two kids ages seven and nine. I do have one flaw--I don't really get along with cats and need to be in a home without any.
Other than with cats, I'm super sweet, and would lick the face of everyone I meet! So what about it? Do you think that you and I could meet and that you might be the one to give me my forever home?
