No, we may not have a real pigeon up for adoption... but this 4-legged, green-eyed attention-starved "Pigeon" sure can chirp up a storm to get in some much-deserved chin scratches and head bumps. Pigeon was rescued just after Christmas when her previous owner threatened to put her outside in the snow when she was no longer wanted, not to mention this sweet girl was in HEAT. Obviously, that could never happen, so we immediately made room for her at the inn. Pigeon was raised indoors since the day she was 8 weeks old. She is 1 year old now and has grown into such a beauty.
Pigeon has lived with other kitties, and loves their company, but would also do well living up the luxuries in a one-kitty household. She seems very curious about the resident dog, and is getting used to the rambunctiousness of a 2 year old running the house as well!
Pigeon longs for someone to call her true forever adopter. She is the type of kitty who will bond with you and look forward to the moment you walk through the door. Pigeon waits for me every day at my sunroom door, meowing for me to come in and pet her. The minute I do, she flops on her side for belly rubs! What a cat-dog!
Pigeon is 100% vetted with all paperwork (spayed, rabies and distemper vaccinations are up to date, microchipped, and she is disease free!) She will come with all medical records and we would request that an adoption application be completed. Her adoption fee would be $90 which would help contribute to her vetting. This sweet baby deserves a loving and forever home from here on out.
