Penelope the Cat needs a home

Penelope is the star of the show. She may be small in size but her personality is huge, and it makes for quite the kitty. She can be very needy and loves to follow people around the house and will frequently settle next to you on the bed or couch. She's very vocal, and the inflection of her meows makes everything she says sound like she's asking a little question. Trust me, it's something you have to hear to believe. She's the most cuddly of her siblings and MAYBE the most quirky. She loves to explore and to wrestle with her siblings, she loves to play with toys and bat and chase objects around the house, all while chirping and trilling like a little bird. She's silly, has a striking personality, and is just a sweet sweet girl. Mind you, she's very into people-food, and has, on a couple of occasions, chewed through packaging to get to things left on the counter, so she's got a mischievous side as well!
