Adoption Fee: $250 includes 1 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness.


Periwinkle and his siblings were part of an "accidental litter"  They were not socialized with humans for the first 3 months of their lives.  Their Furry Kids' foster family has been working very hard at socializing these pups so that they will know what the love of a family can be to them.


They have all made great progress and are ready to find their forever homes.These pups are a bit more shy and will need families that want to devote the time and love to overcome their sad beginning.


They will require fenced yards. 


Puppies are NOT housebroken and should not be expected to wait more than 1 hour for each month of age to go out to potty. Please make sure that you have a “potty plan” in place if considering adoption.


All of our puppies have been spay/neuter, wormed, microchipped, and given age appropriate vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting/adopting one of them just fill out a application at www.furrykidsrefuge.org, click on the 'Adopt A Dog' icon and a dedicated volunteer will be in touch. 



Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient.  You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from Noon to 4:00 p.m.  Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
