Kasey the Cat needs a home

Kasey was found in a parking lot at a strip mall.  Kasey went through the TNR program. Post surgery his foster mom saw how sweet he was and decided he should not be returned to field,  Kasey is very loving and should have his own family.  He gets along with his foster siblings and is very cuddly with foster mom!  He is VERY playful!
