Roger Caras observed that “Dogs have given us their absolute all. We are the center of their universe. We are the focus of their faith and trust.” This is a perfect description of our sweet and beautiful Naomi. She is six years old and charms everyone she meets!

Her gorgeous coat is white, tan and black, and her chocolate brown eyes radiate pure love. Those eyes are so wonderfully expressive and are truly windows to a unique and loving soul!

Naomi is great on a leash, is housebroken and loves to play. She has so much fun frolicking in the shelter yard, too. Naomi especially enjoyed playing in the snow.

Naomi will gaze adoringly at you, which is sure to melt your heart! She loves being petted and cuddled and is a great snuggle buddy. Naomi is a favorite of our volunteers, and loved spending time in the office of two of our shelter employees – she is so well behaved.

The ideal home for Naomi will be a calm environment where she can relax and have someone to pamper and cherish her. Naomi will thrive as the only animal in the household. Her new family will have such a loyal and fun friend!

Naomi will be the perfect companion to share your life. She will be your devoted companion from the moment you wake up to when you tell her goodnight every evening. Naomi will love being part of every adventure, whether it’s riding in the car, going on a hike, being by your side or sitting at your feet, helping you entertain, or just hanging out. She is such a people oriented dog and her loving and gentle heart will provide enduring love and devotion!

During her spay surgery, Naomi had some mammary tumors removed. The pathology report showed malignancy in one of them, but our shelter veterinarian is confident that they removed all of the cancer, so Naomi should be fine. Our staff will be happy to discuss her prognosis with potential adopters.
