Teto the Cat needs a home
Affectionate, skittish, playful At first, we wondered if the name Teto might be short for Teetotaler, but further research revealed that 0% of small felines are susceptible to the evils of demon rum. So it appears that Teto is just a cute-as-a-button name for this little gray striped tabby with the white socks. Due to the trauma of an injury-related bone infection in his hip (from which he continues to recover) Teto can be a bit skittish at first, running for cover from loud noises or big movements. But once he's familiar with his surroundings and the people within them, he opens right up. If those surroundings happen to include simple items like a crumbled up piece of paper, an empty toilet paper roll, or an aggressive length of string with something tied to it, his instincts kick in and he will joyfully play with it non-stop. Or until he decides you're the one he wants to play with. To get your attention, Teto will gently paw at your face or hands until you've entered Teto-Love-Mode, after which he'll snuggle and cuddle and purr with you as long as you'll let him. Even Teto's non-play personna is a winning one. To date, he is accident-free litter-box-wise. He licks his food bowl clean, eats his kibble down to the last crispy morsel and drinks plenty of H20. And any frustrations he might feel go no further than the cute little chirp noises he make. Basically, a more perfect package of fun and affection would be difficult to imagine. So we recommend you grab this one while you can. All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
