Blue the Dog needs a home

Blue is a grown dog that was found wandering the streets. Not sure what breed this is but his coloring is beautiful. He is very shy/skittish right now.  We don't know his background.  He wandered for weeks before we finally caught up to him.  We think with some love he will be an awesome dog. Even though he was afraid he did not try to bite us at all.  His adoption fee is $65.00 which covers him being neutered and his shots. Please help Blue find that loving home.
