This sweet boy has been through a lot. He is such a happy-go-lucky, goofy boy with personality plus! Hiro wants to please his humans YET has more than likely had MANY restrictions in his past life, so he will take advantage of situations until corrected or requested to do otherwise, but then gladly do what asked because he is a pleaser!
Hiro was brought into rescue and thought to be a “senior”. Ohhhhh, no, this boy has not hit mid life yet, best guess would be 4 yrs old.
He can chase and retrieve a ball, he will play with some other toys at times, but balls are his favorite. He rides in the car well and LOVES treats at all times.
Hiro does have valley fever, which was eroding his entire right front leg and shoulder prior to his rescue. His leg is gone now, and he is on valley fever medicine, which he will more than likely be on for life. But he is a good pill taker, so it should not be an issue.
Hiro is in a foster home with 4 other dogs, and with a slow introduction, there is no reason he cannot be in a home with other well-behaved dogs. He is gaining some wonderful social skills in his foster home!
