Tabby / Tabby (short coat) Cat

Samantha the Cat needs a home

Samantha was rescued as an older kitten from being stuck in a tree.   She was exposed to a pretty rough time and abuse, especially from a large, rough dog that tormented her.  There was also lots of screaming, drama, and even physical fights that went on.   Samantha’s family was evicted and brought her and her BFF (best feline friend), Rowdy, to a neighbor to hold for a couple of hours – that was over 2 years ago.  Samantha, or "Sam-Sam" as we sometimes call her was devastated.  She is a sweet girl, very tenderhearted and affectionate and normally does not meow, just squeaks like a little mouse.  Once Samantha knows that she can trust you, she will jump up and climb on your lap or lay near you.  She likes being petted, especially all around her head, and will purr and lick at that time.  She enjoys being able to climb into bed and lay next to you. Sam-Sam loves to play with all of her toys, especially when you interact with her!  We estimate her date of birth to be mid-March of 2013.

Samantha has been spayed, is microchipped, vaccinated, and negative for FIV/Felv.  Her adoption fee is $50.  If you are interested in adopting this gorgeous, tenderhearted girl, please fill out our adoption application at http://www.purrfectfriendscatrescue.org/adoptform.html.  Specific questions?  Please email [email protected] Thank you!
