All cats with PUP are in private foster homes or being cared for at Petsmart.  We provide our 

potential adopters the most current information available.  We prefer to place our kitties in homes with another kitty or a cat friendly dog.



Raising a kitten requires a lot of work and is a commitment! Tormund will be an awesome addition to a family that can give him the attention, exercise, training and affection he deserves.

Health: Tormund has been neutered and microchipped. He is current on his vaccines and tested negative for Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). He has been wormed and flea treated.

History: Tormund comes from an overcrowded shelter in California. PUP was asked to help and we are so glad we did. All dogs and cats PUP pulls from California come with health certificates, as required by Washington state.

Notes:

Tormund is a very active and curious kitty. He is high energy and spends a lot of his time exploring; even jumping into the refrigerator when the door opens. I respond by placing him back onto the floor; not yelling or becoming physical. Tormund loves to sit on the side of the bathtub, purring and talking while his “human friend” is taking a bath. He plays in the bathtub when it is not full of water. Tormund gets along with other cats and dogs although he is not necessarily bonded to either. He needs to be in a home where there is another dog or cat but he really does bond with human interaction. He loves to sleep on the pillow next to my head though he is also independent in his own way. He is a lovely kitty who will make someone very happy. 

Note: The above description reflects the behavior we have observed in the cat's foster home. Although PUP provides adopters up to the minute information on our dogs, we cannot guarantee they will behave in the same manner in a different environment with new owners.
