Caesar the Cat needs a home

Caesar was surrendered to the shelter with his feline sibling, Princess Pea, because his family was moving. One look at his face tells you how sad he is to be here. He is approximately 3 years old and has found himself to be homeless. Ceasar has asked us why his family could not  keep him? Why they did not take the lifelong commitment of owning a pet seriously? We don't know what to say to him. Him and his sister have been so stressed out since coming to the shelter. Caesar LOVES other cats, so a feline friendly home would be preferred. His adoption fee has been paid for by a sponser.
