Molly the Cat needs a home
Molly came from stressful, overcrowded conditions at an old dairy farm out in the country where people just drop off unwanted cats and drive away. The woman who lives there tries her best to care for the cats, but the numbers overwhelmed her, and she asked AC PAW for help. Several other cats had picked on Molly and driven her to a high shelf to avoid them. When AC PAW rescued her in April 2016 and put her in a foster home, Molly’s ears were misshapen by mites and injuries, her coat was dull and flaked with dry skin, and her expression was terrified and miserable.
With time and patience, Molly has become a sweet cat who sits in her foster folks’ lap every night and purrs, snuggles, and loves to have her ears scratched. She is amazingly playful. She bats her toys and chases them all around. Molly gets along with other cats.
Molly has some distinctive features. Her ears are still misshapen, but this gives her head a rather streamlined look, especially in silhouette. Her voice is just a barely audible creak. It sounds a bit sad sometimes. She snores too.
Molly is a good cat who deserves a loving home and a better life than what she’s had so far. If you want to make that happen, fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire on the website. Her AC PAW foster will call you to set up a meet and greet.
Molly is spayed, tested, vaccinated, and microchipped.
