Adopt a Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)
Phoenix the Cat needs a home
Phoenix aka Bob is a beautiful boy who had a very rough start in life. He
was found scared, alone, and severely injured by a nice man who brought him to our attention. We believe he suffered a head trauma which caused his left eye to be crossed and smaller than his right eye. He also had a tear to his left ear and his tail was degloved to the bone, likely from a burn, and it had become infected necrotic. We took him to our vet at United Veterinary Specialty & Emergency (UVSE) clinic in Mountain View and he underwent a total tail amputation. He has fully recovered from the surgery and is doing very well in his foster home. He has made friends with another single kitten, and they enjoy playing and cuddling together.
For information on how you can adopt Phoenix aka Bob, please contact us at
[email protected].
All of our kitties are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, deflead and microchipped prior to being delivered to their loving forever home.
Most of our
kittens are only available for adoption in pairs as it is our policy not to place kittens under six months of age in a forever home where there is currently not another young cat. Also, many of our kittens are in "bonded pairs" or bonded with their littermates. We reserve the right not to separate bonded pairs or place kittens individually. The happiness and quality of life for our kittens is our top priority. =^..^=
