Adopt a Tabby (short coat)
Ruby: Declawed (FCID# 06/08/2017 - 202) the Cat needs a home
Declawed with special needs. Ruby (FCID 06/08/2017 - 202) is a sweet, declawed, brown tabby who was given up, along with two siblings, by her family who could no longer care for her. Rightly so, Ruby is still a little unsure of her surroundings but is settling-in. Once she trust you, she warms up. Ruby is a beautiful 2-3 years old brown tabby who would love to have a real family, for real.
Ruby has been diagnosed with diabetes insipidus. This condition is a permanent and lifelong condition but is easily managed with daily medication in the form of eye drops. Diabetes insipidus (DI) is a rare disorder in cats that affects the body's ability to conserve water, thereby releasing too much of it. This condition is characterized by increased urination, dilute urine (so-called insipid, or dull urine), and increased thirst and drinking.
Please submit a no-obligation adoption application to meet her: http://www.forgottencats.org/application.php. Thank you. (Foster: Debbie L.)
