Adopt a Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

Hi, I am Peter Baron, I came to Happy Tails after I had been quilled in the face by a porcupine. That is the third time that has happened to me (I just like playing with everything and everyone!)

Foster Pupdate:  This happy-go-lucky man is still searching for his forever family! He would do best with an active family, or with a dog brother/sister to get his energy out with. He also loves cuddling on the couch catching some z’s with his foster mom. Peter had a run in with a porcupine and is on the mend but doing great! He is neutered, fully vetted and ready to go to his permanent home! 

Peter is very friendly and is looking for a home that is dedicated to training him, and giving him the love and attention that he deserves. He cannot wait to be part of a real family who will give him unconditional love. He is such a good boy who has lots of love to give. He will make one family extremely lucky!

***Most of our pups can be enrolled in training anywhere, but there are a few that we require to attend our training. This is one of them. They have something special about them and we want to make sure they get the extra support they need. Most of them have already started our training program.

Peter Baron has some trouble settling. If there is such a thing as being too happy, that's Peter! He's an awesome guy who has REALLY benefitted from the classes he's gone to with his foster. Continuing there will be great for him!

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5 and Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family.
