Sofia is about 6 pounds... very tiny but she is extremely fearful in new situations. She wants very much to make friends, but will snap if pressured, so she needs someone that is dog savvy... no small kids please!
She gets along well with the chi mix she is currently living with so a home with other dogs should be ok.
Sophia has been with us for over 6 years now and we believe her to be around 8 to 9 years old. She now has lost almost all of her teeth so at least when she snaps it doesn't hurt
This great dog is all ready for a new home! The adoption donation of $200.00 pays for this dog's medical care & also contributes to the medical care needed by other dog's that come into our rescue. (some dogs need hundreds of dollars worth of care to make them adoptable) Why purchase a dog for hundreds of dollars (that still needs vaccinations & neutering & microchip) when you can get this darling dog that already has everything and help other dogs at the same time???
