Some of us are fortunate to have neighbors we like. Some of us don''t. The same is true for dogs. Allie''s dog next door didn''t want Allie next door. So, her owners brought her here (sigh).
We thought at first that Allie, with her history, might not fit in. Wrong! Allie does just fine walking past other dogs in the kennels and once we get her outside, all she wants is to be loved! This sweetheart knows her name, knows how to sit, and LOVES to play. She is active and fun-loving so we think she would be happiest in an active outdoorsy family with kids 10 years and older, who are looking for a mid-sized (35 lb.) pooch to explore the world with. So, if you are looking for a playful pooch to spice up your family life, Allie would love to meet you, too! Be sure to bring the kids and current pups for a meet-and-greet.
