Chato the Dog needs a home
Chato is a young fella with a lot of potential. We don't think he had a lot of training or consistency in his life before he arrived at APA, but now that we've got him he's learning quickly, and is anxious to take his skills to his new family. Chato can be shy when first introduced to new people, but once he warms up he is a wiggly ball of affection. He has a playful side that is really coming out now that he is learning all about toys. Rope toys, tug toys, tennis balls - he has fun with all of them. We've been teaching Chato some basic skills and he is proving to be a quick learner. His leash skills have improved dramatically, and he should turn into a great walking partner. He is a people-pleaser who would love more to continue to train and learn. And don't forget that when you adopt from APA!, you're helping two dogs - the one you're welcoming into your home, and the next dog who will be able to join our program.
