Snickerdoodle is a very sweet, very large boy! As a kitten, he was forgotten by his mom and left behind when she moved the other kittens in his litter. Snick was rescued by some kind-hearted people, and placed with another mama cat and her litter of kittens. Although the kittens were older than Snickerdoodle, he quickly outgrew them! Now an adult cat, Snick tips the scale at just under 20 pounds.

 

Snickerdoodle is a sweet and gentle companion who enjoys sleeping at the foot of the bed of his foster parents. Ideally, he would do best as the only cat in your home, but would also do well with one other cat. His laid-back nature makes him an easy target for more assertive kitties, so he’s really looking forward to a forever home of his own.

 

Snickerdoodle has a medical condition called Lupus. Lupus is a disease that causes his immune system to "attack" his own body. It is well-controlled with a small dose of medication taken twice a week. He will need periodic checkups to make sure his lupus stays controlled. The less stress in his life, the healthier and happier he will be.

 

Snickerdoodle is neutered and is current on vaccinations. He is FIV/FeLV negative, dewormed, and has been treated for fleas, ticks, and heartworm.
