Turbo is very sweet. Just wants to play. Likes other dogs. He came to us with his back legs paralyzed. He is incontinent both ways and should wear diapers inside. He gets around pretty well in a cart. His is too big for him, so we are getting him another one. He is a sweet boy who needs a loving home
