Tootsie's Dad passed away and his family decided they didn't want her so they just dumped her!  However, they didn't know that she was microchipped. When she was found by a kind person who had her scanned, they were able to trace her history by the chip. 


Tootsie is with us now and we will find her the perfect forever family! Tootsie ia a very sweet fun loving little dog however....


Tootsie DOES NOT like other dogs at all, please no cats either.  Children in the home need to be older then 10. A fenced yard will be required, no underground fences.

Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient.  You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from Noon to 4:00 p.m.  Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
