Nikita and Alexandra (aka Nikki and Alex) were born August 2011 and recently had their 6th birthday. Their mother was a bulldog but papa was a dachshund. They both weigh around 20 pounds each and look like a dachshund. They both love to snuggle with me and give kisses but they are also protective and can get excited when someone new comes to the house. Meeting new people in their own home should be done with patience until they are comfortable. Crating them when strangers are in their home is best until they calm down and comfort level is better. They are crate trained and sleep in their individual crate overnight. They're in perfect health but Nikki can have an accident when over excited. They are from the same litter and have always been together so I would like to keep them together if possible. Both are spayed. We would consider separating if they got the perfect home.
