Meet Betsy
Betsy is as cute as a button. She is adjusting so well to being cared for after obvious neglect. She has ear infections that are being treated, but it appears she has suffered with them for a very long time. Her ears were very sore and she does not like them to be handled. She doesn't mind them being softly rubbed but anything else is not welcomed. (like cleaning) Hopefully when the infections clear she will tolerate more. Thankfully, only a little bit of a skin issue but is being bathed and pampered. She needs to be spayed. She is a small little pup with a longer body and shorter legs. So cute! Her personality is starting to unfold -she is adorable, low key and very rarely barks. She is happy walking on a leash, riding in the car and LOVES her crate. She brings blankets and toys into her crate and cuddles up. She is fostering with a big American Bulldog and she is very good with him. She is not interested in playing with him and she's very respectful when put in her place by him (for trying to steal his toys or snacks). She is not 100% house trained but has had very few accidents in the house. She is friendly with everyone she meets, but has not interacted with children yet. She has big beautiful round eyes that will melt her new family's heart! We love her.
