Ms. Kitty the Cat needs a home
Meet Ms. Kitty. She is a beautiful 3 year old gray and white tabby. An indoor-only cat, Ms. Kitty was the loving and much adored companion of an older man who died recently. He found her as a young abandoned kitten who appeared in his yard. Now she needs a new loving home. Ms. Kitty is a healthy spayed female who reliably uses her litter box, and does not seem to be fussy about food. She loves watching hummingbirds at the feeders and batting around small toys or found objects on the carpet. Her favorite toy has a ball she bats around a circular track. Ms. Kitty’s favorite treat is fresh wheat grass which she happily munches on (used by humans for juicing-available at the Co-op or health food stores). Whenever her owner was away, she spent time boarding at a cat resort and got along well with other cats. While Ms. Kitty was very affectionate with her owner, she is shy around strangers. She probably came from a feral colony, and may do best as an indoor-outdoor cat. It will likely take her some time to warm up to a new owner.
