As sweet as her caramel coat, grinning Roxy glows with good humor and lovability. Deeply devoted to her foster mom, when she’s not cuddling with her, she’s happily following her about the house. Bright as a doggy button, she comes when called, knows "sit", "down", "stay", "place", "come" and "off", and walks very well on a leash. Although somewhat shy when meeting new people, provided she’s introduced slowly, she soon makes them her new best friends. House and crate trained, she may not be fond of her crate, but she’s ever so fond of a calm environment coupled with a consistent routine. Now as she puts her best paw forward in search of a fur-ever home, she asks that she be the only pet and that someone be there most of the time (a person who works from home, is retired, or is an at-home parent) to share her special Roxy love.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care, enabling us to save more lives!

Note: My Adoption fee is ONLY $200


and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter.
