Herbie the Dog needs a home

Meet Herbie! Herbie is a one year old Chihuahua who weighs 12 pounds. He comes into rescue from Texas. Little Herbie was found homeless and wandering alone at a shopping mall. He had been frequenting the mall for several weeks and mall workers were not treating him very good and were in no way attempting to help this poor innocent boy. As soon as we heard about his situation, we immediately stepped up and got him to safety. He went straight to our Texas vet partner for a full check up. Herbie is doing great considering the neglect he has endured. He is ready and waiting for a home to call his own! Herbie is wonderful with people of all ages and other dogs! He is a very sweet boy. He is up to date on vaccines and will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home.
