World, meet Keva. Keva, meet world. And that's just what she's doing - getting used to the world.
Sweet baby Keva, means beautiful child. Her freckles just won us over! Keva was found wandering the streets of southern GA and picked up by animal control. Her family never came looking for her.
Keva is a 9 month old Siberian Husky, whose freckles will win you over! Keva is shy and skittish in new enviroments and needs someone with patience and encouragement. She loves the other Husky in her foster home so we think it would be good for her to have one in her forever home already, who can show her the ropes. She just lacks confidence. She's even scared of the cats! But she'll soon come around and show us her full potential. Keva is a healthy girl and will soon be spayed and current on her vaccines. We'd like an adopter for her with breed experience who doesn't leave an overly hectic lifestyle. We think she'll blossom best in a quiet household.
We are able to transport Keva to MD or NJ for adoption. She is in foster care in GA.
~~The Last Resort is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it’s like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you’re interested in.
