My name is Toto and I'm a sweet little 2 year old Chihuahua from Mexico. I'm the friendliest dog you'll ever meet and all I want is a loving home to call my own. I get along great with the other foster dogs and would do fine as an only dog or with other dogs. I'm neutered, microchipped, and up to date on my shots.
