Phoebe is a 1 year old Black Lab mix. She and a group of other Lab mixes came to GARD after an owner neglected to spay and neuter his dogs, resulting in numerous litters and too many dogs for him to handle. She is a very sweet and loving girl. She does well with other dogs. She takes some time to adjust to new environments and needs patience when she comes home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, will be micro chipped, and heart worm negative.
