Lexi the Dog needs a home
Lexi is a very affectionate dog who is looking for a home of her very own.
She came to us through a rescue operation in southern VA and initially had to overcome some handicaps, she was underweight and also heart worm positive. In the few months she has joined our rescue, Lexie has gained a lot of weight and has blossomed into a beautiful, friendly dog who wants nothing more than be in the company of people.
Lexi has undergone heart worm treatment and is now a very healthy dog.
She is house and crate trained and LOVES people, including children. She is very submissive and enjoys to snuggle with you (she can't get close enough to you).
Lexi is a very laid back dog who likes going for car rides and she also enjoys spending time outside bathing in the sun, preferably for hours, just watching the world go by.
Lexi is looking for a home where she can be the only pet, this lovely dog enjoys the company of people best of all and does not want to share the love.
