Holly Great Family/Hiking Doggie the Dog needs a home
Holly is a 1 ½ year old 48 pound perfect medium-sized doggie. She is happy, fun, highly trainable young dog who learns so quickly, it’s remarkable! She’s playful and energetic outside, but calms down nicely in the house. Holly’s foster mom thinks she would be great trained in agility! She learns so quickly!! She knows ‘sit’, ‘shake’, ‘down’, ‘turn around’, ‘back up’, ‘come here’, ‘bed’, and is working on ‘wait’ and ‘touch’. She is house trained, doing well on leash, and doing very well with crate training.
Holly is possibly a Dutch Shepherd/beagle mix. She’s very smart and treat driven. Holly is one of the very few dogs that her foster mom will allow off leash in her very quiet neighborhood with few distractions. She would be a fun companion for a hiker or runner.
Holly is great with other dogs and people, but may be annoying to older or grumpy dogs. She wants to play, and her foster mom would love for her to go to a home with another playful, happy dog with a nice yard. Holly is too excitable with cats. Although Holly is good with children, a home with very young children is not recommended because Holly’s enthusiastic play might be too much for a small child.
This girl is so smart and fun, she needs a fun place to make her home! This girl is always in a good mood. She’s always ready to play, but will also cuddle on the couch. Ask me for her video! She's a beautiful brindle girl!
