Dasher is a female grey domestic short hair, born on Halloween - October 31, 2013.
Dasher is the daughter of a feral (wild) cat in the city of Syracuse, that came here with her kittens for TNR (to be spayed and returned). Dasher's mother was too wild to live with people, so after she was done raising her kittens, Dasher's mother went back out to her colony and Dasher stayed here with her litter mates to find her forever home.

Dasher is shy with people, and she is nervous around people she does not know. Dasher does get over this shyness once she's got to know you, but we feel her adjustment period in moving to a new family would be a bit longer then most other cats. However, if you can take the time (perhaps a week or so) to be patient and get to know her, we think this sweet girl will win your heart over.
Dasher gets along well with the other cats, and would probably appreciate having a feline sibling to play with.

Dasher needs some love and stability in her life to turn her into the perfect pet. Dasher would be a wonderful 'project' for someone who enjoys working with shy animals and seeing them blossom. Dasher tests negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and all shots are up to date.

Kitty Corner has a lifetime return policy. If your adopted cat needs to be rehomed at any time, just bring them back to us. We want to be sure that none of our cats is ever homeless again.
