Hello, my name is Dunkan!
My foster mom says that I am a super sweet boy who loves to be pet. I will sit on your lap for hours, headbutting you for kisses and more pets.
I get along with other cats and dogs, but it takes me a little time to warm up to them.
Important Note:
I was diagnosed with Feline Herpes. This is a virus that I contracted from my mom when I was a baby. It is contagious to other cats, but not other species.
I can be in a home with other cats who also have Feline Herpes, or with no cats at all.
The symptoms I display when I am having an outbreak are watering eyes and sneezing.
I'm a very happy boy though, so please don't let this scare you. The rescue would be happy to share more information about this virus.

Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
