Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Josie the Dog needs a home

Josie is a sweet senior gal believed to be between 8-9 years young. She is an Australian cattle dog and weighs about 38 lbs. About 5 years ago she was found as a stray by an elderly couple in Arkansas. However due to declining health the elderly couple could no longer care for her and she is now a Cody's dog! Josie has had a hard life, from being a stray to loosing all her teeth, she is now looking for a soft warm bed to spend her nights in.

Josie gets along with kids, cats, dogs, and all people. She is looking for a home where she can live out her golden years, sleep in a bed with her humans at night, eat soft food for dinner & breakfast, and play with her stuffed squeaky toys til she passes out. She also enjoys belly rubs and getting lots of attention. Because she doesn't have any teeth her tongue hangs out to the side which makes her cute face even cuter!

Josie is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and current on HW preventative.
