Lovely and sweet Louie! the Cat needs a home
Louie needs a fresh start. Maybe you will be the one who can give it to him?
Louie is a super sweet and shy 4 year old cutie who was born in the streets of Queens. A well-meaning person took him home when he was a little kitten. Unfortunately, the living conditions that Louie was brought into were not healthy ones. A few weeks ago, concerned neighbors intervened and took him to a vet, for the first time in his life. He has been neutered, vaccinated and treated for parasites, and is negative for FIV/FLV.
Louie’s owner now recognizes that he needs a cleaner, safer environment and that she cannot provide him with attention he needs, and that it is much better for him to live with someone who can. Louie is currently being boarded at the vet. Due to limited financial resources, he cannot continue to be boarded for much longer. And it is not good for Louie to be stuck in a cage after living in a home. He needs and deserves better! Louie would benefit from living with someone with experience socializing shy cats. He needs a little help coming out of his shell.
